High-quality video conferencing

BYOD-friendly
Host and attend meetings using any device as long as it has a camera and a microphone. Desktops, laptops, tablets, and phones are welcome, just make sure you have an active internet connection. This setup is ideal for organizations with Bring Your Own Device policies. In addition, Lifesize also integrates with your existing applications, video solutions, and conferencing hardware.
Centralized Admin Console
Monitoring video conferences can be challenging, especially with large groups. Lifesize’s admin console features a dashboard that shows the number of active participants, length of the call, and quality of the broadcast. You can also monitor activity in rooms and override control for each room, i.e. deactivate when there are no active participants, or set access control limits on what can be shared during specific meetings.
Save Video for Documentation
Lifesize lets you record meetings as video for reference during minutes creation. This can also serve as documentation to each meeting that can be shared to those who were not able to attend.
Screen Sharing Convenience
Lifesize has a share screen feature that helps deliver multimedia presentations during meetings. ou can connect your presentations to Lifeline meetings wirelessly, eliminating the cumbersome tangle of wires that come with physical connections. It also supports AirPlay by Apple, which provides a seamless and wireless screen sharing solution across devices.
Safe and Secure Calls
Meetings are better held when everybody is confident that only attendees are privy to the information. Lifesize’s enterprise-grade security options for its video and audio services help retain that confidence, as data is encrypted over their service by default to provide a secure environment during every call.
Optional Lifesize Hardware
