There are two main components of Druva, Phoenix and inSync, which are designed for mobile data security and backup. Businesses that run their operations on mobile devices can rely on them to handle their problems with regards to data loss due to any reason such as device malfunction. And for end-users, they won’t have to totally rely on Druva’s support team every time since they get a self-restoration feature.
IT admin management of user profiles
Users’ profiles are being managed by IT admins so in case they want to change their operating system, refresh their device, etc. all they have to do is request admins to backup and configure their data. Data can then be modified as long as there is consent from IT admins at Druva.
Interactive dashboards
For a more enjoyable onsite experience, interactive dashboards are presented to users. Graphs, pie charts, and trends are continually updated with the latest details and metrics. Thanks to that, better control and visibility of operations is achieved. And compared to older data backup processes, this one has improved details and features more vibrant colors.
Backup control features
Users have the control to the schedule of their backups so that they can take their feasibility into account. There are options for pausing them as well and bandwidth is open for upgrades, too. There is also a feature wherein a remote wipe would be initiated automatically when a device fails to check in within the designated time. This eliminates the possibility of data getting into the wrong hands.
