The Communication Manager is a front office tool provided by Dentrix that allows patients to get appointment reminders sent to them by Dentrix users. The emails and postcards can also be personalized and customized with Dentrix’s collection of postcard and email designs.

Patient scheduling is simplified by Dentrix’s appointment book. Specific events can be scheduled by users and open appointments can be filled in. The appointment book automatically shows appointments once patients confirm they will be going.

With Dentrix, clinics can ditch paperwork as it provides a self-service portal which can facilitate the process of checking-in a patient. A kiosk can be set up at the front office with a touch-screen computer or a tablet. From there, a portal can be accessed by patients.
