Employee Self Service
Upon logging in, the HRIS system splits into two portals: the system administrator’s portal and the Employee Self Service (ESS). It also has a separate page of their task assignments and performance goals. This portal gives them the option to manually clock in for work, fix conflicting issues with payroll and others. On the manager’s side, their portal allows them to check their employee’s profiles, delegate tasks, approve PTOs, monitor employees’ attendance, and keep track of important events such as staff birthdays and anniversaries.
