Donorbox is a fundraising software that makes giving donations easier than ever. Users can set up weekly, monthly, and annual recurring donations in one click. It will not bring donors to a separate registration website nor request their information. Donorbox accepts over 20 currencies with multi-currency support, as well as most electronic payments, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. It also accommodates Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) bank transfers for organizations based in the US and Europe respectively. To reach more people, users can also embed Donorbox in their website. They can also involve other organizations to donate to their campaign with Donorbox forms. Urge them further by making donation forms appear on the donor’s screen by enabling pop-up donation forms. Donorbox has the necessary embed and pop-up codes. Donorbox prevents hackers from accessing donations because of radar and SSL/TLS encryption. It does not keep the customer’s financial data — it will tokenize their card/bank account data before they charge their card.
The software complies with Payment Services Directive 2 or PSD2 to ensure fraud will never happen. In case anything happens to a customer’s donation, Donorbox keeps a record of the contact information of donors. This feature can be enabled as optional or compulsory.
