With Avail property management software, finding new tenants is easy. Landlords can create their listing right on the application. The interface allows the user to write a description of the property, add photos, and amenities.
The listing will be published across 10 reputable listing sites including Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Apartment List, and Zumper.
Landlords will be able to keep track of potential tenant responses from these listing sites and respond to queries all from their Avail account.
Efficient potential tenants screening
Avail helps landlords screen potential tenants more efficiently. The pre-screen tool leads by requesting relevant information such as contact info, residence history, and verification of employment.
The applicants can then create their own portal where they can add their information. Landlords can request screening reports including credit reports, criminal background, and eviction reports via TransUnion, which can be viewed in real-time.
Tenants retention
Retaining tenants is just as important as finding new tenants. Avail helps landlords with this process with a suite of capabilities including maintenance tracking, digital leasing, and online rent payment.
There are customizable, lawyer-approved, and state-specific lease templates. The automated payment, on the other hand, features payment tracking, auto-pay, reminders through email, and receipts. Renters are also encouraged to pay rent on time through its CreditBoost feature.
