Zoho Mail Benefits
The main benefits of Zoho Mail are its rich feature set, general usability, and mobile support. Check them out below:
Filters. Emails can be managed and repetitive tasks can be automated, thanks to rules that users can create. Users can assign an email as a task or mark it read. Emails from a specific person can be highlighted or moved to a specific folder.
Night Mode. Eye strain won’t be a problem with Zoho Mail’s Night Mode. Users only need to turn it on so they can view their emails at night without stressing their eyes.
Search. Searching for an email in a voluminous inbox can be a daunting task, but Zoho Mail’s advanced search feature makes it easy. Users can be as detailed as they want with their search parameters, narrowing it down to folders, dates, and even attachments containing specific words.
Scrub. Inbox management can be easily accomplished with Zoho Mail’s Scrub feature. Emails can be deleted or archived in bulk. For instance, five senders can be chosen and the Scrub feature lets users delete or archive all the emails from the five senders selected.
Keyboard shortcuts. Zoho Mail has dozens of shortcuts that make inbox navigation especially easy. All of a user’s unread emails can be seen simply by pressing G and U together. Composing an email can be done by pressing C and M while printing an email requires simply pressing Ctrl-P. Settings contain the full list of shortcuts users can use.
Folder-specific notifications. Zoho Mail users can also be freed from constant notifications. Users simply need to pick which folders require notification and Zoho Mail will make sure that they only receive notifications for these and not any other emails.
List emails from sender. Users also don’t need to spend copious amounts of time searching for an email from a specific sender. Thanks to Zoho Mail’s “List emails from sender” feature, all users need to do is right-click to see all that sender’s emails.
Templates. Routine emails can be easily composed thanks to Zoho Mail’s email templates. Users just need to draft the email, save it as a template, and then use that in succeeding emails.
Outbox. Zoho Mail’s Outbox allows users one final chance to proofread their work and edit them before they go to their intended recipients. Users can even decide to delete these emails if they decide not to send them. Depending on settings decided on by users, emails can stay in the Outbox for a minute or 120 minutes.
