IDN/EAI support
Xgenplus is a communication software that offers a unique email server system that allows email address internationalization (EAI) on internationalized domain names. Simply put, you can register email addresses that feature non-English characters. This is a feature currently exclusive to Xgenplus.
Email governance
Xgenplus implements e-governance over its email system, which effectively blocks unauthorized email content but lets legitimate and time-sensitive data pass through. It simultaneously controls and monitors outbound emails but respects privacy settings.
Unified communications
Apart from email, Xgenplus lets users communicate via IM chat, connect to popular social networks like Google Talk and Facebook, and send fax messages through your email.
Reduced storage
Xgenplus prevents unnecessary heavy loads server due to large or redundant attachments. It performs single-instant storage by removing redundant data such as recurring attachments from emails.
Robust security
Xgenplus features an IP-based security that monitors and logs details such as last login IP, date/time, and downloads. It also includes strong password security and virus protection from any worms and trojan horses hiding in attachments.
Flexible storage plans
Xgenplus offers two options: cloud-based server email system, or data center/on-premise server. Storage size and limit per user can also be customized.
Bulk mail marketing
As marketing support, you can send unlimited bulk email to your contacts for promotional or advertising purposes. Upon sending, you can receive delivery reports with stats on numbers delivered, rejected, bounced, read or replied.
