What is KanbanFlow ?
KanbanFlow is a cloud-hosted lean project management solution equipped with a simple and intuitive user interface. The Kanban board offers a clear vision of the current situation of your work. Users can filter on their board the label, user, color, or due date, or a combination of these all for tasks. Adding Tasks from Emails
KanbanFlow makes it possible for you to add new tasks to your board from Outlook, Gmail, and other mail clients. The email subject will serve as your task name and the body is used for the description. Like in email clients, attachments can be added to tasks as well.
Copy Boards
If your new added project is the same with the previous ones, you can create board templates and then copy them at project startup. All columns and color settings are copied as well. You are even free to copy the board with or without tasks.
