What is LobbyGuard?Brought to you by LobbyGuard LLC, this suite of tools functions as a virtual check-in counter for both public and private companies and institutions. True to its name, it regulates and keeps data on all the people who walk in and out of your office or building. It also sets up a booth (even just a tablet or a computer can function as one) where self check-ins are allowed. Basically, it is a two-pronged tool that, one, allows for self-check-in and, two, helps you keep track of your visitors. Just to name some of the features that it offers, LobbyGuard also lets you print out IDs for visitors, take pictures of said visitors, and even examine licenses presented to it. You can even set up an audio recording of check-in and check out instructions for your visitors to follow. If that's not impressive enough, LobbyGuard takes your company's security a notch higher by running background checks on visitors too. This way, you can flag visitors that have criminal records.

Easy Set-up Booths
LobbyGuard is known for its self-check-in booths called as the LobbyGuard Optio. Bundled with ready WiFi and battery, this booth can be set up anywhere.
You can also choose the LobbyGuard Defender that is equipped with a 22-inch touchscreen setup. This works better on high traffic areas and comes with a scanner, a camera, and even an ID printer. Of course, you can always use your own devices to set up LobbyGuard in.
This version was developed to withstand high traffic as well as environmental factors as well. But that’s not all. If you want these LobbyGuards on different areas, you can do so–and even consolidate all data you get from these different sources.
Quick Registration on Mobile
Your visitors can also check in to LobbyGuard via their mobile devices. With LobbyGuard Go, they can just sign in through their devices without having to be physically near the booths. This is best used for events with a lot of anticipated comings and goings.
Upcycling Old Hardware into Check-in Hubs
The old PCs, even the outdated but still very much functional ones can be used as check-in hubs. All you have to do is to install LobbyGuard into any of your old hardware and you can use it like you would any of the newer devices.
Organized Visitor Data
LobbyGuard also allows you to input visitor demographics. With it, they can easily qualify visitors to help you manage your system better. They will be asked to sign during check-in too, and you can collect these signatures in your library.
Optimized Work Processes
One of the benefits of LobbyGuard is that it can help you manage data of your visitors too. It does so seamlessly with your existing work processes, even creating custom inquiries based on your company’s requirements.
Interconnected Web of Check-in Counters
Because it can be hosted online, you can also connect multiple check-in hubs together. This is especially useful if you want a comparison of data
You will always have access to the information that LobbyGuard collects. You can check the current people within your vicinity, complete with their details, signatures, pictures, etc. You can even see what items they have with them such as USB drives or any other type of gadget and devices.
